These Terms explain the rules for using TripMate Turkiye. They are written for a travel-planning product and do not make TripMate the seller or operator of third-party travel inventory.
1. About TripMate Turkiye
TripMate Turkiye is a travel-planning and discovery product operated by Bien Cappadocia Turizm Ticaret Limited Şirketi, Yeni Mah. Lale Cad. No: 6/5, 50100 Merkez, Nevşehir, Türkiye. Questions about these Terms can be sent to info@biencappadocia.com.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using TripMate Turkiye, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. Travel planning and information service
TripMate provides tools and information to help you explore destinations, create and adjust itineraries, record travel plans, and consider practical travel options. Recommendations, route suggestions, estimated times, maps, weather context, opening-hours information, availability notices, and adaptive itinerary suggestions are assistance only. They are not guarantees of accuracy, availability, admission, safety, suitability, real-time traffic, or the outcome of any journey.
Travel conditions can change. Opening hours, admission rules, transport, weather, prices, availability, access, and local conditions may change without notice. You are responsible for confirming information with the relevant provider or authority before you rely on it.
4. Accounts
TripMate may offer Firebase Authentication for email/password sign-up, email verification, sign-in, sign-out, and password reset. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your credentials secure, and telling us about unauthorized use where appropriate. We do not store your password itself.
The current v1 product keeps Firestore Sync, automatic account cloud sync, guest import, guest migration, and Travel Together turned off. Guest usage remains independent from an authenticated account.
5. Acceptable use
You may use TripMate for lawful personal travel planning. You must not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, circumvent security measures, interfere with another person’s use, scrape or copy content in a way that violates applicable law or rights, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, or use TripMate for fraudulent or harmful activity.
6. Your locally stored content and data
You may add travel plans, saved items, notes, photos, reservations, expenses, and other information to TripMate. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for content you add and for keeping a copy of information that matters to you. Under the current v1 architecture, much TripMate travel data is stored locally on your device or browser rather than automatically synchronized to a TripMate cloud account.
7. Third-party travel services and external websites
TripMate can include or link to independent third-party services, including Expedia for Hotels, Kiwi.com for Flights using Travelpayouts affiliate infrastructure, Viator for Activities, Discover Cars for Car Rental, Breeze for eSIM services, OpenStreetMap/Leaflet for maps, and WeatherAPI where configured. Their content, privacy practices, inventory, prices, availability, booking conditions, payments, checkouts, refunds, cancellations, support, and contracts are controlled by the relevant provider, not by TripMate.
When you use a third-party widget, link, or website, you may leave TripMate or interact with an embedded third-party service. You should review the relevant provider’s terms and privacy policy before booking or providing information. A booking or purchase made with a provider is a contract between you and that provider. TripMate does not act as the merchant, fulfilment provider, payment processor, refund administrator, cancellation desk, or customer-support provider for that transaction.
8. Affiliate relationships
TripMate may earn a commission from qualifying purchases or bookings made after you follow certain third-party travel-service links or use eligible partner services. This does not necessarily increase the price you pay. Affiliate relationships do not make TripMate the seller, merchant, travel agent, booking provider, or customer-support provider for a third-party transaction.
9. Travel responsibilities
You are responsible for your travel decisions and for checking the requirements that apply to you. This includes passports, visas, entry requirements, health and safety measures, insurance, local laws, transport arrangements, booking terms, accessibility needs, and any requirements of travel providers or public authorities. Seek professional advice when your circumstances require it.
10. Intellectual property
TripMate Turkiye, its branding, software, design, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except where law allows otherwise, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit TripMate materials without permission. Third-party content and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Account deletion and service access
You can request deletion of your Firebase account in the app through Me → Profile → Delete Account and confirmation. The current flow removes the Firebase Authentication account and local TripMate data on that device that is owned by that Firebase UID. It does not delete guest-owned local data, another account’s local data, or information independently held by a third-party travel provider. Firebase may require you to sign in again before deletion can be completed. More information is available on the Account Deletion page.
We may suspend or limit access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, rights holders, or comply with law. We may also change, suspend, or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary, while respecting rights that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TripMate is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, current, or suitable for every travel situation. We are not responsible for third-party provider content, decisions, transactions, availability, services, or acts and omissions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer-protection rights where they apply.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply to you. Where legally permitted, the courts and enforcement offices of Nevşehir, Türkiye will have jurisdiction over disputes related to these Terms.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service or applicable requirements evolve. Updated Terms will be posted at this address with a revised effective date where appropriate. Continuing to use TripMate after an updated version takes effect means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
